The semifredo is the classical dessert in the Italian tradition of frozen pastry-making, to be conserved at a negative temperature. This special line of bases allows you to create semifredos with a steady consistence and in the meantime soft and ready to be consumed immediately after being extraced from the negative display cabinet.
